Who Needs Hannan Home Help?
-
Selling your home, and it’s too full to show?
-
High school grad packing for dorm life needs to tidy before they go?
-
Downsizing due to a death or divorce?
-
Just own more stuff than you need, and not know where to start?
Life's highs and lows sure involve a lot of work. Lots of boxes of stuff too. Please allow me to handle the boxes so you can concentrate on more important things.
What Hannan Home Help Does
I handle the physical task of emptying cabinets, closets, garages, etc.
You’ll find it’s much easier to deal with the forbidden clutter closet and the attic of forgotten treasures if someone else is doing all the climbing, bending, and lifting.

Help with decision making.
Whether you need someone to help you “shop” your current belongings for a custom curated and uncluttered home, or just a cheerleader as you power through piles of kid art and yearbooks, I’ve got your back.

I put wanted items back in place neatly, or pack them in moving boxes if you’re moving.
This is not a housekeeping service, but I will never just leave you with a mess. Your shelves will get a dusting before I reload them. Your valuables will be packed carefully for transport. I'm not selling you plastic totes, but I am very good at fitting things efficiently in the spaces you already have.

I load unwanted items in my vehicle for removal, or stage them for an in home sale.
I have the ability to remove most household items and furniture without you having to lift a finger.

Properly dispose of household hazardous waste, recyclables, and trash.
I am a hippie at heart and a City of Austin Zero Waste Block Leader. I will always take the most eco-friendly approach to disposal.

I'll sell what I can and pay out via Venmo or Zelle.
All junk haulers will sell what they can. Hannan Home Help shares the profits with you, because I think that’s only fair. I can host a garage sale at your residence and/or run your items by a resale shop for you.

Thoughtfully donate the rest to non-profits or directly to community members in need.
I really strive to get each donated item to the best possible candidates for reuse. I clock out when I depart for the last time each workday, rather than after I've unloaded. This gives me the freedom to be picky about where I donate without driving up your bill.
